I had registered myself on Shaadi.com as a premium member, with the hope of finding a life partner for myself; because indeed one never knows where that special person is! During my search, I came across the profile of Yasmeen Hasan Ali. Reading through her detailed profile, there was an instant sense of confidence that I felt in term of our perspectives and expectations in different areas of life and what we expected from the potential spouse. So without further delay, I sent her a request on 18th March 2015. Since then, the interactions began, between her parent (who were handling her account) and myself. Finally, I interacted with Yasmeen on 22nd March, 2015 through a video call. Well after the video, our conversation jut seemed to continue and we remained in touch if we had known each other forever. It was hard to believe though, since she was in Canada and I was in Mumbai, India, then. But we two were just meant to be .... So finally she flew down with her parent to Mumbai, India in July 2015. Our families met, the two of us met each other in person within a weeks time. And then without much delay, Yasmeen and I, got married on July 26, 2015.Indeed a very blessed day for us and our Families, Alhamdulillah!
